7 States of Tension (Continued)

Today, the group of IB Theater Year 2 came to teach our class once again. We basically reviewed everything we had covered last class: the 7 states of tension and how these can be portrayed. Most of the class, me and Westin work on turning the script of “A Baby’s House” into something different by using an unexpected state of tension. We decided to use the alert state: essentially, this meant we were shouting the whole performance and it can be inferred that we were “on edge.” I couldn’t stop laughing when practicing this performance, I had a lot of fun practicing and performing it.
